Data processed and purposes

• Enquiry and call-back form data (name, email, phone, message, indicative rental period and preferred time slot): used exclusively to answer requests, including through TopMak's internal management system. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.
• Browsing data and statistics cookies (Google Analytics): collected only with consent given through the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent.
• Google Maps on the Contact page: loaded only at the user's explicit request (Google cookies are set only after the click).
• WhatsApp: WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp app or website (Meta); no data is transmitted before the click.

Retention

Contact form requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Your rights

You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@topmak.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
